Definitions

For the purposes of these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Corrective Cosmetics: Corrective Cosmetics B.V., based in Amstelveen.
• Customer: any natural person or legal entity that enters into a contract with Corrective Cosmetics.
• Agreement: any arrangement between Corrective Cosmetics and the customer relating to products, services, training courses or collaborations.
• Products: all cosmetic products developed, manufactured or supplied by Corrective Cosmetics.
• Services: all services offered by Corrective Cosmetics, including research and development, production, brand development, distribution, education and training.

Applicability

2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, contracts and supplies of products and services by Corrective Cosmetics. 2.2 Any deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if agreed in writing. 2.3 The customer’s own terms and conditions are expressly rejected.

Quotations and the formation of a contract

3.1 All quotations are subject to change without notice, unless otherwise stated. 3.2 A contract is concluded following written confirmation by Corrective Cosmetics or as soon as performance has commenced.

Provision of services

4.1 Corrective Cosmetics shall provide its services to the best of its knowledge and ability, in accordance with professional standards. 4.2 Deadlines are indicative and never binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise. 4.3 Corrective Cosmetics is entitled to engage third parties in the provision of its services.
